You and the Company agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objections to venue or forum. If any part of these Terms of Use is declared unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
